Jeff is a global executive leader with more than 35 years of experience overseeing semiconductor, technology development, and data center construction programs worldwide. Throughout his career, he has led organizations of more than 500 professionals and managed an $80 billion portfolio of complex projects across multiple regions.
Drawing on deep expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from site selection and due diligence through design, construction, startup, and commissioning, Jeff partners closely with business and engineering leaders to execute large-scale programs safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards of quality.
He is a recognized champion of safety, diversity, and scalable delivery models, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in support of long-term business growth.

Mohamed Sawan, Vice President & General Manager
Mohamed is a technical and organizational leader with more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory planning, and construction. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale infrastructure programs and complex capital projects, driving exceptional results through collaboration, innovation, and a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
Known for building high-performing teams and trusted partnerships across global organizations, Mohamed combines deep technical expertise with a people-first leadership approach. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from conceptual planning and integrated program development through design, construction, startup, and manufacturing operations.
As an executive at World Wide Professional Solutions, Mohamed is responsible for company leadership and business development across the semiconductor, data center, life sciences, and advanced technology sectors. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Factory Infrastructure and Construction for Intel's Technology Development organization, where he led factory planning, design, and construction activities across four sites with annual capital investments exceeding $1 billion.

Kyle Price, Vice President of Operations
Kyle is a construction and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience managing complex capital projects, with a particular focus on semiconductor and advanced technology facilities. He is known for building high-performing teams and creating cultures centered on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and client value.
Drawing on deep expertise in Lean Construction and integrated project delivery, Kyle helps organizations streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve project outcomes. His leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, respect for people, and empowering teams to solve challenges and drive innovation.
Throughout his career, Kyle has managed operations for teams delivering more than 50 IPD and IFOA projects representing over $5 billion in capital construction. His diverse portfolio includes semiconductor, healthcare, higher education, laboratory, commercial, and high-rise developments. As an active member of the Lean Construction Institute's New York and Arizona Communities of Practice, Kyle continues to champion the adoption of Lean principles across the construction industry.

Tracy Lucero, Senior Director of Operations
Tracy is an operations and construction management leader with more than 25 years of experience overseeing complex projects and teams across the construction industry. Her background includes leadership roles in both mechanical and general contracting, where she has successfully managed operations and project delivery in demanding environments.
Known for her people-focused leadership style, Tracy is passionate about building strong organizational cultures that emphasize continuous improvement, collaboration, and respect for people. Widely recognized for his expertise in collaborative contracting strategies, Jeff has successfully aligned owners, designers, and contractors to drive efficient execution and achieve program objectives. His experience spans design development, design management, permitting and regulatory coordination, construction execution, and manufacturing readiness planning.
Jeff is particularly skilled at enabling fast-track project delivery through innovative planning, milestone compression, and integrated project controls. By leveraging predictive modelling, risk management, and supply chain optimization strategies, he helps organizations improve project certainty and accelerate time to production, often achieving significant schedule gains for critical manufacturing facilities.

Joel is a semiconductor industry leader with more than 45 years of experience in manufacturing, program management, and large-scale factory startup and expansion programs. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations successfully deliver and operationalize complex manufacturing facilities by aligning construction, manufacturing, and supply chain strategies to accelerate project schedules and improve business outcomes.
Drawing on deep expertise in manufacturing engineering, planning, and program management, Joel has led major semiconductor startup initiatives for industry leaders including Texas Instruments and Intel. His ability to integrate cross-functional teams and drive operational readiness has enabled organizations to achieve successful transitions from construction completion to manufacturing production.
Prior to joining World Wide Professional Solutions, Joel led the Advanced Technology market at CH2M HILL, where he oversaw consulting, design, and construction solutions for some of the world's most complex technology and manufacturing projects. Known for his strategic leadership and collaborative approach, Joel helps clients optimize program performance, reduce timelines, and successfully deliver mission-critical facilities at scale.
