  • Joel Tomlin, President

    Joel Tomlin is our President of Operations and his role is to develop the people and execution “playbook” to bring exceptional talent and solutions to our clientele. Joel has 35 years of industry experience including manufacturing engineering and planning/program management of large scale manufacturing startups for Texas Instruments and Intel. At CH2M HILL, Joel managed the advanced technology market which included providing consulting, design and construction solutions to semiconductor, solar, battery and advanced materials manufacturing clients. His roles as both an owner and service provider gives him a unique perspective to understand client needs and how to fulfil them.

  • Preston A. McDaniel, Sr. Partner

    Preston McDaniel is our Senior Partner and brings over 30+ years of Delivering Major Semiconductor Construction projects previously with Intel Corporation and Global Foundries on Schedule within Budget with world class safety performance. He has been a leader in implementation of Integrated Project Delivery methods across his career. Preston has served as Global Foundries Sr. Director of Construction and was Sr. Program Manager for Fab 42 Construction where he was responsible for all aspects of Intel’s Fab 42 factory construction. Before Fab 42, Mr. McDaniel was responsible for all construction projects in Arizona from 2007-2008 and Oregon from 2009-2010. From 2003-2007, he was responsible for the successful implementation of Intel first 200mm to 300mm factory conversion and construction of Intel first 45nm High Volume Manufacturing Facility in Chandler, Arizona. From 2000 to 2003, he served as the Global Install/Quality Manager, where he oversaw Tool Installation project initiation, execution and successful startup. Prior he served as a Project Manager at various Intel locations worldwide. Mr. McDaniel joined Global Foundries in 2015 and previously with Intel since 1983.

  • Jim Boucher, Vice President Operations

    Jim Boucher is Vice President of Operations. His main responsibility is overseeing the daily business operations at World Wide Professional Solutions. Jim has an extensive background in business management across various industries. He spent over 15 years in the paper industry where he was responsible for payroll of 1200 employees and accounts receivable on $250m in annual sales. Jim created and implemented updated processes and procedures for both payroll and accounts receivable. Jim has over 8 years’ experience in the Window Fashion industry where he maintained over 3,000 customer records and helped install new company wide software. Jim also has 8 years’ experience in the Renewable Energy field as a financial analyst for five business units where he again helped install updated software. Over his career he has held various positions overseeing; payroll, financial analysis, credit management, and accounts receivable.

  • Bob Arquilla, Vice President of Human Resources

    Bob Arquilla is our Vice President of Human Resources. His role is to provide executive management insight and leadership on all people related issues. He is committed to finding and growing talent for WWPS, providing excellent employee relations, ensuring all applicable labor laws and regulations are complied with, managing employee benefits and compensation, and being a resource for all employees. Prior to WWPS, Bob spent 10 years as Sr Director Human Resources for CH2M Hill, one of the world’s leading engineering firms. Bob also spent 20 years as the Sr Vice President Human Resources for Laidlaw Environmental Services, the largest environmental hazardous waste firm in the country. Bob was awarded his Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2004.

  • Tracy Lucero, Director of Southwest Operations

    Tracy is our Arizona Operations Partner bringing over 20 years of industry experience, serving as a construction manager as well as being responsible for operations and project management for a mechanical and general contractor. She is experienced in managing teams that effectively execute projects for a variety of extremely demanding customers. Tracy is proud to serve as an active member of the core team for the Lean Construction Institute Arizona Community of Practice. Tracy loves culture building! She is passionate about maintaining focus on continuous improvement and respect for her employees to provide value to her customers. By embracing this new approach, it has fundamentally changed her as leader. She truly enjoys working with teams to adopt and implement lean practices and strategies. She believes that lean is a way of thinking that has proven to increase productivity, employee morale, and client relations.

  • Kyle Price, Regional Director

    Kyle is our New York Operations Partner and is passionate about providing maximum value to the customer by engaging and empowering the project team’s talents to eliminate waste. He is committed to creating a working environment that fosters a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people. He is an active member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), New York State and Arizona Community of Practice. Kyle has established himself as a trailblazer in Lean Construction, developing an innate passion to improve the construction industry by increasing the awareness and use of Lean Construction Practices. Over the course of Kyle’s career, he has managed the operations of teams executing over 50 IPD/IFOA Projects. These projects combined equate to over $300M in capital construction. Kyle’s experience covers a wide range of industries including commercial, high-rise, health care, bio- laboratory, higher education, and high-tech semiconductor construction projects.

  • Timothy (Tim) Klundt, Design Integration

    Tim Klundt is our Integrations Director and as a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional he brings over 30 years’ experience in project and design management. Tim has been an early LEAN adopter and has facilitated classes on IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) and TVD (Target Value Design) to clients and our major trades. He has held management leadership roles in facility design (conversion, expansions and new builds), engineering leadership & construction operations for various industries including; military, aerospace and high technology projects. He has successfully lead engineering teams in executing several large projects over $200M in his career using multiple execution strategies from design-build, design-bid-build, and integrated project delivery methods.
